Permanent Residency (PR) does not allow to work and is only limited to Cyprus.
• Applicant and Spouse.
• Children up to 25 years old if financially dependent on the main applicant &
studying full time for higher education.
• Financially independent children if the market value of the purchased property
is increased by Euro 300,000 + VAT per independent child. They will also have
to retain Euro 30,000 in a three year fixed deposit.
• Parents and parents in law of main applicant if an income of Euro 8,000 per
parent is added to the required annual income.
